Having been actively Conservative since the late 50s, I have fought since then to awaken folks to the horrors of Communism/Socialism.
The majority of Americans these days do not understand the insidious nature of this political/”religious” system. Our children and grandchildren have not been taught.
I tried to warn when the Berlin Wall fell, “Communism is not dead!”
Obama has had Socialists and Marxists advising him since his early days.
Here is a video of David Horowitz, a former Card Carrying Communist Radical — who now sees the horrors of that system. Glenn Beck interviews him with a shocking truth that I recognize as truth from my earliest years of opposition to the Socialist, Communist insanity.
Our Republic and our faith is in grave danger from the “Enemy Within,” Communism, Socialism Marxism, Progressiveism, etc.
Be aware — Teach yourself and your children about this diabolical, anti-Christian movement — bubbling over, even in our very own White House..
Communism is on our doorstep and folks are more worried about the soccer game or their latte than the Obama Revolution happening in Washington.

PS I think Glenn Beck is doing our Republic a great favor in his expose’ of Obama’s Socialist radical agenda. However, I must say I absolutely do not agree with Glenn’s stated faith, Mormonism. In his own words – see it here

Obama is a liberal pragmatist! and is not a socialist.
This is a rediculous assumption that makes you out as a fool.
To put things in perspective so that you can get a grasp of the real world, I submit the following information that may clear your mind as to what is really going on in the world.
“Fascism” is the dictatorship by the capitalist class!! When capitalism decides that their class interest is threatned by those that work for a living,… they eliminate all pretense of democratic free speech. free assembly, civil libertys. ..All constitutional guarantees are put on hold so as to keep the capitalist class from being overthrown by the working class. and establishing a dictartorship of the workers. This they believe is necessary so that the capitalist class could not come back to power with a counter revolution.
The working class has a vested interest in overthrowing the capitalist class and taking over the means of production by eliminating the private market and establishing a planned economy that is designed to satisfy the basic needs of all the people without discrimination, rather then satisfy the appetite of individual capitalists that had exploited workers for generations by owning private property.
Private Property, was aquired in the early days, by the conquering of weaker tribes and grabbing their land. Those that profited from owning land profited because of the exploitation of chattel slaves, share croppers and feudal serfs. …
After the industrial revolution owners of factorys, mines and mills, got rich profiting from the exploitation of cheap labor.
People that own for a living, have only land, factories, mines, mills and stores. None of these investments by owners is creating new value, until a decision is made, to create new value. New value is only created by the purchase of people that are willing to work for a wage. The worker creates value, and that value is measured by the amount of necessary time that is spent by that worker in the creation of that thing of value. That value could be exchanged for value that has an equal amount of socially necessary time attached to it.
Because the worker that created a thing of value, receives value in the form of a wage, that is much less than the value that he or she created as a worker.
The amount of value produced by the worker and not received by the worker is the amount that was stolen by the owner from the worker.
The evidence of this grand theft is the fact that due to this exploitation of labor power all over the world, the workers had and have been encouraged to organize as a class, so as to receive more of that pie known as the gross national product.
This thievery by the private sector is a form of stealing that overshadows every other kind of massive stealing!
Taxes is not thievery, as some ignorant individuals would have you believe!
The Government that has the responsability of maintaining social order so that the society can run without disruption, must collect taxes to pay for what is necessary to maintain order and promote the general good!
THOSE THAT EQUATE TAXES WITH STEALING ARE OUT OF THEIR MINDS!

Soicialism, Fascism, Communism are all National Socialism by their own definition. Read history if you can find a history book that is not a victim of international revisionism..

When reading your comment it is easy to see why America is in the state of near destruction that we witness today. We see in this comment, the ultimate proof of major ignorance which permeates our society.
I so appreciate the knowledge shared with us by ex-preacherman. Those of us who have been actively educating ourselves in political matters (in my case for over 36 years) know that ExP(Jack) speaks the truth.
For 36 years, we’ve been warned, and have been warning, of pending danger to America, among other things, through the elimination of school prayer, Sex Education programs (which were supposedly implemented to eliminate teen pregnancy, but which have resulted in increased disease and teen abortions) subtly taught an anti-God, religion. We’ve been warning people that through these gov’t programs they would see the elimination of traditional marriage and traditional families. We warned that when prayer, faith disappeared, that Judeo-Christian moralality would also disappear, and that once this happened, we would begin down a path, which which would bring America down (as people have witnessed all throughout history).
Responses to our warnings were always the same… “This could never happen in America. Americans would never allow it.” … and we were labeled “radical religious right wingers”.
Well, everything we had predicted back 36 years ago, has come to pass, and we’re now well on the road to destruction of America, yet people are still sitting around saying “that could never happen”.
The proof is staring us in the face, yet people are blinded. For Christians, we have no fear for ourselves, because we’ve all read the last chapter of the Book, and we know how the story ends! But for non-believers (which may inlclude people we know and love), it’s one of the most sorrowful and frustrating things I’ve ever witnessed.
Just one final comment… All of my life, I’ve always felt my heart swell each time I heard our National Anthem. I love my country, and when I see the deliberate dismantling of American freedom, and when I know that this is being accomplished as a result of lack of knowledge, and in some cases, deliberate blindness of our fellow countrymen/women, I cannot hear our national anthem without crying for what is nearly lost to us, and what may be yet to come if our people don’t wake up.
Do we give up? No! We continue to pray, to win souls for Christ, to educate, to motivate and to politically activate Americans to peacefully take our country back.
Educate yourselves, register (in the Party which most represents your values) to vote, check out the candidates to make sure they stand for your values, and then vote!

Any idiot that make a statement like the above and then proceeds to ramble on about the evils of capitalism and the virtue of the working class shouldn’t try to lecture others surrounding the nature of the “real world” as it’s obvious that the lecturer has no familiarity with the subject.

I saw that particular edition of The Glenn Beck Show. Chilling!
I know that David Horowitz didn’t come out at first against BHO. At the time, I said that Horowitz was wrong to take that position. Well, he’s man enough now to admit that he was wrong. I commend that!
Not being particularly interested in politics prior to 9/11, I was one of those fools who thought that the breakup of the USSR meant that Communism was dead. Clearly, that idea of mine was incorrect and downright Pollyanna-ish.
We now are in the terrible position of having as voters two generations of Americans who don’t recognize that BHO is a demagogue and a Marxist. Frankly, I’m not sure that America can recover from what BHO and this Dem Congress are doing since January 20, 2009.

Thanks for your blog. I recently subscribed to the White House email. The first message I received was from President Obama encouraging me to give volunteer service and “be part of building a new foundation for America.” I thought at first this may be a hyperbole, but the President’s closing sentence of the message said, “After all, America’s new foundation will be built one neighborhood at a time…” Then I new he wasn’t kidding. When someone says they want to change the foundation of the country I have lived in for 73 years and the country in which I have taught high school 11th and 12th graders US History and Government for the last 16 years , that gets my attention! My response is what do you mean “change the foundation!” I replied my concerns to the White House and am still waiting after three months for a response. If you change a foundation on a house you must dig up the old. Liberty, Constitution, Declaration of Independence. and Judea-Christian values do not need to be changed or dug up. These things are what I was taught and what I have continued to teach were the foundation of America. ON WITH THE TEA PARTIES!!!

Jack, Despicable seems to have forgotten the 100 million plus “workers” who were executed or beaten, starved, worked, or frozen to death by communists in the last century. That part of the “real” world is invisible to him/her. The capitalist system raised millions up economically and has financed incredible advances in agriculture, transportation, medicine, electronics, etc. Also aspects of the real world of which despicable is unaware. If Despicable were singing a song it would sound like an old scratchy 78 recording. Before socialism and its inevitable statist/totalitarian control room were given the acid test in Germany, China, Russia, and Cambodia, its slogans might have sounded appealing and reasonable. In view of the actual history of this ghastly doctrine, we know socialism was nothing but a lie that seduced a great many intelligent but unaware people. Millions paid with their lives for that ignorance and here we have Despicable celebrating his ignorance for all the world to see.
