It seems that the lessons of the “date that will live in infamy” have been all but forgotten. We won WWII by being steadfast and retaliating with everything we had, fighting until our enemy was utterly defeated and victory was completely ours. Now we appease and backstep and negotiate with an implacable enemy that wants not just our subjugation, but ultimately our death. Heaven help us, for we have no other hope!
